This notice covers ispcommander.com. The site has one form and no accounts. Here is what happens to what you send us.
Who we are
ISP Commander is a product of fivenines consulting, based in New Zealand. You can reach us at contact@ispcommander.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, company, country, approximate number of active customers, current platform, deployment preference and your message.
We also receive your IP address, which is used for the spam check and included in the email we receive.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and to arrange a walkthrough. We don’t use it for anything else.
Where it goes
The form is delivered as an email to our inbox. There is no database behind this site and we don’t add you to any marketing list.
Spam protection
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending it. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser and connection to do this. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless and does not track you across sites.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with your request and any follow-up conversation.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 or the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Email contact@ispcommander.com and we’ll respond.
